SIMPLE PUMPKIN GRANOLA.
I honestly hate blogs with recipes where it’s full of empty words and pictures, when all I want is the recipe. I literally do not care what your husbands auntie Susie thought about your recipe — I JUST want the recipe. And most people I talk to feel the same way… so for my pumpkin girlies, no fluff here.

Ingredients:
2.5 cup oats (I used organic, gluten free, glyphosate free oats)
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup maple syrup
Vanilla extract, to taste
Cinnamon, to taste
Pumpkin spice, to taste
Nutmeg, to taste
Instructions:
Mix your pumpkin puree and maple syrup in a bowl. Fold in the remainder of your ingredients and lay on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until crispy. Once cool, store in an airtight container at room temperature for a few weeks!
**I added a LOT of cinnamon and none of the other spices because I just don’t like them
** I also added flax seed and hemp seed — feel free to add some extras to yours as well!
